Name Henry Percy Born 10 Nov 1341 Alnwick, Northumberland, England, United Kingdom Gender Male Died 20 Feb 1408 Bramham Moor, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom - The Battle of Bramham Moor in 1408: Henry Percy, earl of Northumberland, who had been lucky to escape disaster in 1403 when the revolt of his son Hotspur was crushed at Shrewsbury, raised a rebellion against Henry IV again in 1408. He marched south to Thirsk but, in the middle of a bitter winter, found little support. He was defeated and killed at Bramham Moor, near Wetherby, on 20 February 1408 by Sir Thomas Rokeby, sheriff of Yorkshire.
